  • Along with submissions, you must include a title page, cover letter, and list of suggested reviewers.
  • Manuscripts must represent original material that has not been previously published. It must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • The manuscript must have been approved by all participating authors.
  • If manuscripts include data or clinical observations that was previously used in published papers, papers currently in press, submitted for publication, or to be submitted shortly should notify the Editor of this information and provide copies of those papers. Author must also explain the differences between the papers.
