Can I publish a paper for some common project.

I had worked on a project where I had to develop an eye vision controlled wheelchair using labVIEW. Now I was thinking to publish my work in any journal publication but when I open journal article related to the topic I found lots of work related to the same topic. I need help should I publish my work? If yes could you recommend me some journals that might be interested in this field?
