Question Description:
My paper has been submitted 2 months ago. Till now its status is "with editor".
I sent 3 different mails to the editor inquiring about when shall I expect it to be under review. They didn't respond me at all.
According to Elsevier statistics, this journal takes 5-weeks for first decision.
What should I do?
