Home based care, refers to care given to people with health related problems including HIV/AIDS, what I just want to research in this area is the way health organizations can be integrated so that the resources available can focused on both interventions at time, if these organisations can make one pool or basket such that the interventions to be implemented can be financed by that pool. Sometimes you find that different organisations implementing different programs but with the aim of improving health of an infected person, I think the best way is to integrate these organisations so that they can work together so as to bring about efficiency and effectiveness in achieving health outcomes.
Also different organisations implementing the same interventions for example providing ARV's to patient's at homes, family planning, this is to say if these organisations merge they can have enough financial resources and even human resources that could enable implementation of these interventions more cost effective.
