Since a different editor is now handling your manuscript, it is possible that he/she is going through the manuscript as well as the reviews to evaluate it. Naturally, since he/she is not familiar with our paper, this is taking longer for him/her. However, the processes for a rapid publication journal should ideally be faster than normal journals. I think you should write to the journal again. Say that you are worried because you haven't yet received a response from them and you are wondering if by chance the mail did not reach you due to some technical problem. Keep following up every week until you receive a response.
